Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Ragebaitr mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Ragebaitr is an AI-powered spam call protection service that:

• Forwards incoming calls from unknown or suspected spam numbers to our service
• Engages spam callers with AI-generated conversations or pre-recorded responses
• Provides voicemail services for legitimate callers
• Blocks unwanted calls based on your preferences

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

To use the App, you must create an account using email, Apple ID, or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

5.1 How It Works

The App requires you to enable conditional call forwarding on your mobile device to route certain calls to our service. You acknowledge that:

• You are authorizing us to receive and handle forwarded calls on your behalf
• Call forwarding may affect your carrier's voicemail service
• Standard carrier rates may apply for forwarded calls

5.2 Call Handling

When a call is forwarded to our service, we may:

• Answer the call using AI or pre-recorded audio
• Record the call for quality and training purposes
• Generate transcripts of conversations
• Store call metadata and duration information

6.1 Free and Paid Features

The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

• Free: Basic call blocking features
• Basic Subscription: Pre-recorded bot responses, voicemail features
• Pro Subscription: Live AI conversations, real-time call listening, priority support

6.2 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Ragebaitr offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:

Important Subscription Terms:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
• Prices are in USD and may vary by region based on Apple App Store pricing

6.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• To cancel, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device

6.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to Apple's App Store policies. We do not directly process refunds. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com

You agree NOT to use the App to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm any person
• Engage in illegal activities or facilitate illegal calls
• Interfere with legitimate business communications
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Use the service to make outbound spam calls
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

The App, including its design, features, AI models, pre-recorded audio, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Ragebaitr and protected by copyright and other laws.

You retain ownership of any content you provide (such as custom voicemail greetings). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it to provide the service.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

The App integrates with third-party services including:

• Firebase (authentication and data storage)
• Vapi.ai (AI voice conversations)
• ElevenLabs (text-to-speech)
• RevenueCat (subscription management)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All spam calls will be detected or blocked
• Legitimate calls will never be affected
• AI responses will be appropriate in all situations

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAGEBAITR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Missed calls or communications
• Actions taken by AI during calls
• Any amount exceeding the fees paid by you in the past 12 months

The following terms apply to users who download the App from the Apple App Store:

20.1 Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and Ragebaitr only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Ragebaitr, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.

20.2 Scope of License

The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control. The App may be accessed via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

20.3 Maintenance and Support

Ragebaitr is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services.

20.4 Warranty

In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.

20.9 Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
